The Living Space - The main living area is of open plan design. The spacious lounge is the ideal space to relax in comfort where you will find three sofas, plus a further single armchair that revolves.
For your entertainment there is a TV that receives a selection of Swiss, English, French and German stations by cable, plus an integral DVD player.  You will also find an audio hi-fi player with CD. We also have a Wi-Fi broadband connection installed. The lights are fitted with dimmer switches so you can adjust the lighting to suit the mood for dining and relaxing.
The dining table seats up to eight places and is sited near the patio doors that open onto the large patio and garden.  
On the patio you will find a garden table and chairs to seat up to 8. In the summer there is also a barbecue so you can enjoy outside dining.
The fully fitted kitchen is sited away from the main area and overlooks the dining area. The equipment includes a large refrigerator, dish washer, electric cooker with hob, top & bottom oven, plus coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle. For cheese lovers you will also find a fondue pan.
The flooring throughout the living space is covered by ceramic tiles with heating of an under-floor design and controlled by thermostats.
